Info-Slovenija is an independent business directory and service assistant for Slovenian companies, built on its own directory tool of activities and descriptions.

A unique, reliable and traditional carrier of information

Info-Slovenija is a business directory with its own unique tool of activities and descriptions. It contains business listings, phone numbers, websites and links to other networks, which helps optimise your own pages.

We build on our own proven ideas. This independent Slovenian business directory was:

• The first to let users manage their own content.
• The first to combine all contacts and social networks in one listing.
• The first to use multilingual info-graphics.

The Info-Slovenija logo

The blue background is an international mark for the importance of information. Geometrically, the logo combines a circle and a square — the basic shapes of all geometry. As the saying goes: once you’ve done everything, you dot the i.

The beginnings of Info-Slovenija.si

Info-Slovenija, a business directory and service assistant, began on 19 October 2006 at info-slovenija.si. We confirm our tradition, credibility and trust through many years of presence online. It is your decision which source of recognition to trust your business with.

Copies of the site – who to trust

Search engines degrade copied content to prevent fake optimisation tools. Artificial methods (bypasses) harm online visibility in the long run. The most reliable path is to be active online together with your own website and listings; if you are not skilled with the internet, leave it to specialists.

The Info-Slovenija platform has been copied many times. To avoid degrading your visibility, use reliable and, above all, unique carriers of information.

Info-Slovenija in 2017

At the start of the year we launched a new, more modern technical and visual version. In March we opened a new project — a printed version supported online: the “Household Numbers Assistant”, a handbook of the main everyday services, containing only serious and reliable businesses. It was distributed across Ljubljana households in July in a print run of 40,000 copies.

Bringing together sources of recognition

The name Info-Slovenija unites sources of recognition: uniqueness, tradition, modernity, innovation, creativity and Slovenian identity. These are the main traits of the business people featured in the directory — which is why we added the slogan “A family of creators” under the logo.

Interactive user interface

Business users register, access the Info-Slovenija network directly and create their own listings. The interface offers interactive control over your content:

• a highlighted window for your projects,
• track activity and statistics,
• view and manage reviews, messages and bookmarks,

Info-Slovenija operates on two parallel networks: Info-SLOVENIJA.si under the national .si domain (register.si, managed by ARNES) and Info-SLOVENIJA.net under the international .net domain (global registry Verisign). Our motto is: cooperation!
