Terms of use

The info-slovenija.si service is operated by Veldes net d.o.o., Plemljeva ulica 8, 1210 Ljubljana – Šentvid, Slovenija (the “operator”).

Subject

These terms of use govern access to, the display of results from, and the use of the other functions of the info-slovenija.si business directory.

System availability

The operator maintains info-slovenija.si so that it is generally available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The operator reserves the right to short interruptions for technical maintenance or equipment replacement.

Access levels

info-slovenija.si can be accessed at several levels:

• SIMPLE SEARCH — anonymous, free access to limited content.
• FREE REGISTRATION — requires registration with the requested details and acceptance of these terms.
• FREE DEMO LISTING — a free trial listing; the entry is confirmed by an editor and a representative contacts you within two business days.
• PAID LISTING — after the free demo, a one-year listing is charged according to the current price list.

Access restrictions

By registering, the user agrees not to use the service for unlawful purposes or contrary to ethical and moral norms. To prevent abuse, the operator may verify the accuracy of data and, where irregularities are found, take appropriate action including removing non-compliant content.

Content rules

The user agrees to respect the following rules:

• Submissions must be written in Slovenian and must not contain offensive or morally inappropriate language.
• Content must be truthful, accurate and current, and must not infringe intellectual property rights.
• Provider details must be truthful.
• The user will not publish contact or other details of a third party without their explicit consent.
• The operator reserves the right not to publish, or to remove, content that breaches regulations or these terms.

Pricing and payment

The user pays the subscription for a PAID LISTING according to the current price list and the payment deadline stated on the invoice. The subscription is billed annually. If an invoice is not paid within 8 days of the deadline, the operator may temporarily deactivate the account and listing.

Password as a trade secret

The user keeps their password as a trade secret and is liable if it is used by an unauthorised person. Any suspected misuse must be reported to the operator immediately, who will issue a new password free of charge.

Liability for data

The operator strives for high-quality, accurate and up-to-date data but is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of published data or any errors.

Copyright

The data on info-slovenija.si is protected as a database under the Slovenian Copyright Act and EU law. The user may use it only for their own needs and may not distribute or copy it into databases without the operator’s explicit consent.

Termination

A PAID LISTING subscription is concluded for a one-year period. Cancellation must be made in writing at least 30 days before the listing expires; otherwise it renews automatically for another year.
