Our bright and tastefully furnished rooms, decorated with artwork and selected antique furniture will make you feel good. The stunning views will make your stay unforgettable. The rooms boast lake views and most have a balcony. Naturally, air-conditioning, mini bar, internet access, telephone, TV, hairdryer and a safe are all there for your convenience.
The room price includes a delicious buffet breakfast in our lake-view restaurant. Guests may use our indoor pool, Finnish sauna, garden and reading room with no extra charge, while parking is also available at no extra cost. You are most welcome to spend some time in the Wine club, enjoying a glass of Slovenian wine or our house beer. Reception staff is available to you 24h a day to accommodate any of your requests.

In Restaurant 1906, named after the hotel’s opening year and the Turjak Railway line, Chef Aleš Fende’s team elevates the culture of dining and drinking. We revive traditional dishes, offer wine tastings in our in-house wine cellar, conduct culinary workshops for children, host themed evenings, delight you with unforgettable hotel breakfasts, and set up a market with local suppliers.

Our aim is to provide each guest with a top-notch culinary experience. For lunch and dinner, we prepare a seasonal menu, ensuring fresh dishes that consider the season and local ingredients.

In the evenings, we spoil you with our menu: “Lowland & Highland” highlitghting and celebrating Slovenian cuisine and its diversity. You can always check the daily menu above. Understanding dietary challenges and modern eating habits, our entire kitchen is based on dishes with minimal allergens, a minimal number of ingredients on the plate, and authentic intense flavors. A vegan menu is available every night.

Lunch at Restaurant 1906 is available exclusively by prior reservation for groups of at least six people, booked at least two days in advance. The price for a three-course lunch starts at €38. Our carefully curated menu highlights local ingredients and culinary traditions. We are happy to offer extended menus and accommodate your specific preferences.

We draw inspiration for our dishes from the surrounding area and the food stories that have accompanied us at Hotel Triglav for over a century. This is evident in recipes from Nežka, great-grandmother of Mr. Zdravko Rus, the hotel’s owner, who, in 1920s, as a chef herself, created dishes that are characteristic even today: mushroom soup, beef bržola, walnut štruklji…

We recommend opting for at least 4 courses during your visit. This allows you to enjoy a diverse range of our dishes, showcasing culinary perfection that earned us the Michelin recognition. Upon prior request, we are ready to treat you to a longer gourmet experience.

In addition to the main restaurant area, during warmer months, let yourself be served with a cocktail, local beer and simple tasty snacks on the outdoor lounge terrace with the most beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains. For those craving more privacy, a special room with a fireplace is available, where no one will disturb your meeting or gathering.

Before the wine cellar, there is a garden with a charming lower terrace where you can enjoy a selection of local snacks, tasty coffee, cocktails, or a glass of quality Slovenian wine while reading a book in the early sunlight or evening shade. At least three times a week, we organize tastings of Slovenian wines in the cellar.

Every day before dinner, we invite you to our aperitivo bar “Vinski Klub,” for a glass of sparkling wine, excellent cocktails, house beer, and Bled cream cake.

CULINARY WORKSHOP
What is the procedure of cooking an original Slovenian dish from raw ingredients to food presentation and how does a well-coordinated team prepare an excellent meal?
Participants will gain basic skills of assembling menus, pairing food with drinks, table settings and modern cooking techniques. Getting familiar with local ingredients and how to use them in kitchen is also a part of the culinary training.

Festive dishes on a festive day

We invite you to host a very special birthday party for your child. Birthday child and their friends will become members of a real professional kitchen team. They will have fun and learn many new things.
We will prepare festive invitations that the child sends to his / her friends. A week before the celebration, young chef comes for a consultation with our professionals. Together, they select four dishes that they will prepare together and discuss the working method. On the big day, the children, chef and kitchen team prepare the dishes for the festive lunch together. Our photographer makes sure that the event is properly recorded.
The birthday child will be given a chef’s hat, a booklet containing recipes for the dishes made, photographs from the party and a small surprise. And, last but not least, an unforgettable experience!
Price: €35 per child (minimum 6 and maximum 12 children)*
Duration: 3 hours
The price includes the preparation of invitations, consultation between birthday child and chef, cooking of four dishes with our professional chef and his staff, learning cooking skills, festive lunch that the children helped prepare, healthy drinks (juice and water), and use of aprons. Also, gifts for the birthday child: chef’s hat, booklet with recipes, photographs, surprise.
Additional cost: cake – the price depends on the size and type.
*Adults joining the birthday lunch are charged 35€ per person.

NASTANITEV

V svetlih in okusno opremljenih sobah, ki jih krasijo umetnine in izbrano stilsko pohištvo iz preteklosti, vam bo lepo. Zaradi osupljivega razgleda, pa tudi nepozabno. Sobe imajo pogled na jezero, večina jih ima tudi balkon. Klima, mini bar, dostop do interneta, telefon, televizija, sušilec za lase in sef so seveda samoumevni.

V ceno nočitve je vključen tudi bogat samopostrežni zajtrk v restavraciji s pogledom na Blejski otok. Gostje lahko brezplačno uporabljate naš notranji bazen in finsko savno, sobo za počitek in branje, brezplačno pa je tudi parkiranje.

V restavraciji 1906 (ime nosi po letnici odprtja hotela in železniške Turške proge) v Hotelu Triglav Bled ekipa pod vodstvom chefa Aleša Fendeta dviguje kulturo pitja in prehranjevanja, oživlja tradicionalne jedi, nudi vinske degustacije v hišni vinski kleti, kulinarične delavnice za otroke, prireja tematske večere, vas razvaja z nepozabnimi hotelskimi zajtrki & postavlja tržnico lokalnih dobaviteljev.

Vsakemu gostu želimo omogočiti vrhunski kulinarični obisk, zato za kosilo in večerjo pripravljamo sezonski menu. Na ta način lahko zagotavljamo sveže jedi, pri čemer se upošteva letni čas & lokalne sestavine.

Ob večerih vas bomo razvajali z jedilnikom, ki smo ga poimenovali: Nižavje & Višavje. Opeva slovensko kulinariko ter njeno raznolikost. Dnevni jedilnik si lahko vedno pogledate na povezavi zgoraj. Zavedamo se prehranskih izzivov in sodobnih prehranskih navad, zato celotna kuhinja temelji na jedeh s čim manj alergeni, minimalnem številu sestavin na krožniku in na pristnih intenzivnih okusih. Vsak večer je na voljo tudi veganski jedilnik. 

Kosilo v Restavraciji 1906 je na voljo izključno ob predhodni rezervaciji za skupine najmanj 6 oseb najmanj 2 dni pred prihodom. Cena jedilnika za 3-hodno kosilo se prične pri 38€. Skrbno pripravljen menu poudarja lokalne sestavine in kulinarično tradicijo. Pripravljeni smo vas pogostiti z daljšim jedilnikom in se prilagoditi vašim željam.

Navdih za jedi črpamo iz okolice v kateri živimo & iz zgodb o hrani, ki nas v Hotelu Triglav spremljajo že prek sto let. O tem pričajo recepti prababice Nežke (prednice gospoda Zdravka Rusa, lastnika hotela Triglav), ki je v obdobju 1906 kot kuharica že ustvarjala še danes značilne jedi: gobovo juho, govejo bržolo, orehove štruklje…

Priporočamo vam, da se ob obisku odločite za najmanj 4 hode. To vam omogoča, da uživate v raznolikem naboru naših jedi, ki prikazujejo kulinarično dovršenost, ki nam je prinesla Michelinovo priznanje. Po vnaprej odobreni želji smo vas pripravljeni pogostiti tudi z daljšo gurmansko izkušnjo.

Poleg glavnega restavracijskega prostora se v toplejših mesecih pustite postreči s koktejlom, lokalnim pivom in okusnimi preprostimi prigrizki na zunanji lounge terasi z najlepšim pogledom na jezero in okoliške hribe. Za tiste, željne več zasebnosti, pa je na voljo prav posebna soba s kaminom, kjer nihče ne bo motil vašega sestanka oz. srečanja.

Pred vinsko kletjo vam je na voljo vrt z mično spodnjo teraso, kjer si prav tako lahko privočite nabor lokalnih prigrizkov, okusno kavo, koktajl ali kozarec kakovostnega slovenskega vina ter uživate ob branju knjige ter v zgodnjih sončnih žarkih & večerni senci. Vsaj trikrat tedensko v kleti prirejamo degustacijo slovenskih vin.

Prav vsak dan pa vas pred večerjo vabimo v naš aperitivo bar Vinski Klub, na kozarec penine, odlične koktajle, hišno pivo & na Blejsko kremšnito.

VINO
Če ste ljubitelji vin, nas enostavno morate obiskati. Smo edini hotel z vinsko kletjo na Bledu (no, v resnici je to edina vinska klet daleč naokrog). Ob naši zbirki več kot 150 vrhunskih slovenskih vin iz vseh vinorodnih pokrajin boste zaslutili, kako raznolika je Slovenija. Kar 50 teh buteljčnih vin strežemo na kozarec. Kaj ni super, da lahko na enem mestu okusite vina z vseh koncev dežele?

Najboljša družba ob vinu je gotovo naš sommelier Damir Salkič z ekipo, saj so izvrstni poznavalci domačih in tujih vin. Damir ima diplomo WSET 3 in vinski svet res obvlada. Če mu poveste svoje najljubše tuje vino, vam bo natočil slovenskega, ki mu bo zelo podobno.

Damir in ekipa imajo vino radi in ga spoštujejo ter se redno izobražujejo. V njihovi družbi boste zaslutili številne nove razsežnosti vina, povedali vam bodo marsikatero zanimivo vinsko zgodbo in razložili, kako se vina spajajo s hrano.Najbolj pa bodo veseli, če boste želeli preizkušati in raziskovati.
